Payment terms
50% payment is required to confirm reservation ( reservation deposit is non refundable )
50% balance payment is required 30 days before arrival for the peak season only
50% balance payment is allowed to be paid on arrival in cash only for high and low season dates
Security deposit of 500$ or equivalent in Thai Baht required to be paid on arrival against property damage and utilities payment
Reservation conditions
Daily rates are inclusive one way airport transfer, soft cleaning every 3rd day, changing of bed linens and towels every 7th day, 60kW electricity per day, 1 m3 of water per day.
Monthly rates are inclusive one way airport transfer, cleaning and changing of bed linens and towels every 7th day, exclusive water (90B for 1 m3) and electricity (6B for 1 KVA).
